Antithrombine III

Effets

L'antithrombine III (ATC B01AB02) est un anticoagulant: c'est une substance endogène qui inhibe sang coagulation. Son action est renforcée par les héparines, qui se lient à l'antithrombine III et l'activent.

Traitement de substitution chez les patients présentant un déficit congénital en antithrombine III.
